Work Inspiration
I believe in my surroundings, and I am influenced by the situation of rural people. Many factors like poor life style due to illiteracy, poverty, have great impact on me and I ask myself to paint the real conditions of rural people in modern style. I have worked on Madhubani artists of Bihar region, the folk art of Bihar. After going through the Mithala art, I concluded that the art work is really very rich but the conditions of their workers and artists is very pathetic to look at.
Culture of state is a series of painting in which I have reflected the Culture and the Historical heritage of Bihar. Connecting it with the social life of the mass. Right from the ancient time to the Contemporary world, the passage of time and the daily life, which we do spend involving Spiritual Celebrations, and the images of those, that I have visualized, have been painted in this series. The impression from the Madhubani folk art and the contemporary art trends have been mixed together to form a unique combination of aesthetically experimental art.
